Integrations

Every integration serves the full ecosystem.

Every integration serves the full Berchtold ecosystem. Connected tools contribute context and capabilities across the platform, for your team, automations, and AI, within the permissions you set. Client context connects back to the contact.

Website and new leads

Website forms and website chat create a contact and a deal, and lead routing gives them an owner. Site tracking adds page views and clicks to the client's activity.

Email

Email is built in. Verify your sending domain, then send campaigns and one-to-one email from Berchtold. No separate email tool is needed.

Bring in data from the accounts you authorize. What you see depends on your access and the data in each account.

  • Google Analytics
  • Search Console

Team alerts and files

Connect Slack to send workspace alerts to the channels you choose. Each person can also get their own alerts there. Each person connects their own Google Drive to save reports to it.

Social publishing

Draft in Studio and publish through your Buffer queue. Each network has its own account and permission requirements.

AI tools through MCP

Use your personal agent or AI chat of choice, including Claude, ChatGPT, Muse, or another MCP-compatible tool. We started with MCP (Model Context Protocol) on day one and grew the app around it. Every app feature is available through MCP. It signs in as you and gets your access, nothing more. Each change to a record shows your name and the AI tool that made it.

  • ChatGPT
  • Muse
  • Other MCP tools

Connections are authorized per account. Some services need their own subscription, business verification, or app approval.
